Patient / Visitor Shuttle

Cleveland Clinic provides complimentary wheelchair capable on-demand and curbside shuttle services within our main campus.

Locations Include:

  • All clinical and non-clinical facilities.
  • Three hotels (Intercontinental Hotel, Intercontinental Suites and Holiday Inn).
  • Ronald McDonald House.
  • United Cerebral Palsy.
  • Cleveland Site Center.
  • Rite Aid (10090 Chester Ave).

  • Redcoats and Hotel Hospitality specialists.
  • Call 216.444.8484 (48484 from internal phone), Option 1.
  • Flag down/hail stopped shuttle.

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 4:45 a.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Weekend and Holidays: 6:30 a.m – 10 p.m.

Transportation Services is taking great lengths to ensure patients can still use them safely and easily, including expanded cleaning and safety procedures, masks for all Cleveland Clinic employees and ensuring patients and visitors are practicing social and physical distancing.

Our hospitality shuttle provides complimentary shuttle service from:

  • Hope Lodge.
  • Transplant House of Cleveland.
  • University Circle Museums:
    • Museum of Art.
    • Museum of Natural History.
    • Western Reserve Historical Society.
    • Botanical Gardens.
    • Museum of Modern Art.

To request shuttle services, please contact our Transportation Services team at 216.444.8484 and select Option 1. Please make sure to provide the pickup location and requested departure time.

On-request and reservation services are required for all hospitality shuttles. Reservations are required at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time.

  • Departing from Cleveland Clinic main campus:
    • Monday - Friday: 7 - 9 a.m. (on request)
    • Weekends and Holidays: 8:55 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m., 7 p.m., 9 p.m. (requires reservation)
  • Departing from Hope Lodge and Transplant House
    • Daily: 7 a.m., 9 a.m., 11:06 a.m., 1:06 p.m., 3:06 p.m., 5:06 p.m., 7:06 p.m. (requires reservation)

Museums (closed Mondays)

  • Departing from Cleveland Clinic main campus:
    • Tuesday - Sunday: 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. (requires reservation)
  • Departing from University Circle Museums:
    • Tuesday - Friday: 11 - 5 p.m. (on request)
    • Saturday - Sunday and Holidays: 1:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 5:15 p.m. (requires reservation)

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is the largest transit agency in Ohio, providing transportation for Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs of Cuyahoga County.

Nearby Cleveland Clinic RTA stops:

  • Euclid Avenue at Clinic Drive.
  • Carnegie at East 100th Street.

Route cards are available at Welcome Desks.

RTA Healthline offers bus service down 6.8 miles of Euclid Ave., and connects Cleveland Clinic to downtown Cleveland.
