Overview
Union Hospital’s Department of Surgery performs surgical procedures for patients on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Included in this department is a full range of Endoscopy procedures.
Our highly skilled team of surgeons and surgical nurses and technicians provide quality patient care from the pre-operative assessment, through the surgical procedure, and in the post-operative recovery phase. We are a "CNOR Strong" facility, meaning the majority of our operating room nurses are certified for their skill, knowledge, and abilities in perioperative nursing.
The Endoscopy area of our Surgery Department is a patient-friendly environment. Physicians performing Endoscopy procedures utilize the latest technology for high quality care, patient comfort, and safety.
The Surgical team of board-certified physicians and nurses is committed to the patient and their family, providing information, support, and comfort throughout the process from arrival to discharge.
