CCLCM is a distinct program within the CWRU School of Medicine. We train physician investigators who are passionate about scientific inquiry, able to think critically and eager to work collaboratively. Upon completion of the five-year curriculum, our students graduate with an MD degree with Special Qualification in Biomedical Research. They leave equipped with the skills to deliver exceptional clinical care, advance research and promote health equity within their communities. Educating Students for the Future of Healthcare

The Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine (CCLCM) was established as a program of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. CCLCM trains students to become physician investigators, integrating basic science, research and clinical medicine.

In 2019, Cleveland Clinic and CWRU opened its new Health Education Campus, where medical, nursing, dental medicine and physician assistant students engage in collaborative, interprofessional learning.
